With twenty plus years of experience in the agricultural irrigation industry, Todd’s leadership grew out of a deep understanding of the differences between established and developing technologies, new approaches to managing risk and a willingness to radically alter the current irrigation infrastructure model.  As an industry leader, Todd is keenly aware that new methodologies and the attention to detail are the corner-stone of Lee Rain’s strategy and the prime source of competitive advantage.

Lee Fiocchi is the third generation President of Lee Rain, Inc. As a prominent thought leader and true agriculture visionary, he has been working to build a world-class company capable of discovering and delivering value in a bold new way for more than 25 years. As president, he oversees a company comprised of distinct interactive disciplines – Ag Management Strategies, Irrigation Solutions, Agricultural Analytics and Sustainability Partnerships – whose intersection creates a solutions oriented culture from farm to fork.

Recognizing young leaders in our industry, who are instrumental in meeting the 2050 challenges facing our planet, Lee Fiocchi recently received the distinguished 40 Under 40 Award from Farm Journal. Lee is acknowledged as the father of redefining the true value that agricultural analytics can bring to growers and society (i.e. profitability, manageability, sustainability and accountability), and has authored several patent applications related to this ground-breaking methodology.

It is through his life-long passion for uncovering water solutions for a growing world, Lee believes that global competitiveness requires continual investment in the future that will make innovations possible for decades to come.
