This hands-on technician role offers variety, independence, and meaningful work supporting growers who rely on dependable irrigation and farm equipment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn; making this a rewarding, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and solving problems. Based in New Jersey, our service area extends into Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Delaware. Technicians get to work with a range of equipment and farm operations across the region, keeping the work diverse and engaging. You’ll service and support Valley center pivots, Ocmis travelers, pumps, and other irrigation equipment, gaining valuable experience with some of the most trusted brands in the industry. We’re looking for mechanically inclined, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to learn. Previous experience helps, but a strong work ethic and willingness to grow matter most. Training is provided to ensure every technician feels confident and prepared in the field. Technicians receive company power tools and a take-home utility truck to help manage their projects in the field. Position Overview The Service Technician performs maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to equipment in a safe and professional manner under supervision. Delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring reliable operation of irrigation systems and farm equipment. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and supports farm productivity. Responsibilities Field Service & Repairs ● Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches ● Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions ● Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings ● Mechanically inclined ability ● Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment ● Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks ● Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules ● Ability to work long hours outdoors and occasional Saturdays Communication ● Produce timely and detailed service reports ● Document processes ● Basic verbal and written communication skills ● Basic knowledge of company computer systems Equipment & Safety ● Good working knowledge of tools ● Basic mechanical aptitude ● Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams ● Basic knowledge of diagnostic equipment ● Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems ● Must supply personal (common) hand tools; company provides power tools and take-home utility truck Team & Customer Interaction ● Tie workflow to schedule ● Follow all company procedures and protocols ● Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization ● Build positive relationships with customers Qualifications ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Valid driver’s license ● 2+ years of service technician or outdoor labor experience preferred ● Mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge ● Basic understanding of schematics and diagnostic equipment ● Familiarity with mobile tools and company systems Schedule & Benefits ● Full-time, Monday–Friday, Overtime, and Occasional weekends ● 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Benefits:

As a Parts Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right parts and accessories quickly and efficiently. This role offers variety, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with agricultural equipment. Position Overview The Parts Sales Associate assists customers with parts and accessory requests, orders, and questions. You will serve as a key resource for the service team, help maintain inventory, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales ● Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner ● Assist customers with parts, accessories, and product information ● Recommend related parts that may be required for a job ● Handle customer complaints professionally, showing empathy and a positive attitude ● Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters ● Provide honest and positive feedback to customers about products that fit their needs ● Actively engage in developing customer service skills and product knowledge Sales & Transactions ● Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise purchases ● Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously ● Operate cash registers accurately ● Point out sales, specials, and new merchandise to customers ● Help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives Support for Service Technicians ● Assist service technicians in determining parts, accessories, and requirements for individual jobs ● Take service technicians’ orders for parts and fill them timely ● Interface on projects, designs, quotes, and parts requests Inventory & Store Management ● Update inventory control systems, parts catalogs, and other documentation ● Ensure stock is replenished and products are placed in their respective areas ● Maintain a neat and organized work environment Team Participation ● Participate in periodic team meetings ● Actively contribute suggestions to improve work processes and promote efficiency ● Follow company procedures and uphold the Lee Rain mission, vision, and corporate code of conduct ● Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications ● High school diploma or equivalent ● 2+ years of relevant experience in parts, agriculture, or mechanical work ● Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite ● Strong communication and customer service skills ● Ability to work with multiple customers at one time while maintaining individual satisfaction ● Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor Schedule & Benefits ● Full-time, Monday–Friday, overtime, and occasional Saturdays ● 401(k) and 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
