Technicians get to work with a range of equipment and farm operations across the region, keeping the work diverse and engaging. You’ll service and support Valley center pivots, Ocmis travelers, pumps, and other irrigation equipment, gaining valuable experience with some of the most trusted brands in the industry. Previous experience helps, but a strong work ethic and willingness to grow matter most. Training is provided to ensure every technician feels confident and prepared in the field. Technicians receive company power tools and a take-home utility truck to help manage their projects in the field. Position Overview The Service Technician performs maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to equipment in a safe and professional manner under supervision. Delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring reliable operation of irrigation systems and farm equipment. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and supports farm productivity.
