Screen Filters

Lee Rain’s screen filters are designed to effectively filter water from sources such as wells, lakes, and rivers, efficiently removing small to medium inorganic suspended particles up to 75 microns.

For water containing sand particles larger than 75 microns, it is recommended to use a hydrocyclone sand separator as a pre-filtration step to enhance overall system performance.

Lee Rain offers two types of screen filters: the Turbo Vortex and the Turbo Vortex Brush Clean, both designed for efficient filtration of water containing small to medium inorganic suspended particles.

The Turbo Vortex utilizes a unique vortex effect to enhance filtration efficiency by directing heavier particles away from the screen surface, reducing clogging and extending cleaning intervals.

The Turbo Vortex Brush Clean, on the other hand, features an integrated brush cleaning system that allows for easy and efficient manual cleaning without the need for disassembly, making it ideal for applications requiring more frequent maintenance with minimal downtime.
